There's no doubt that opening a new business in Boise or another part of the Treasure Valley comes with its own set of challenges. The pandemic, no doubt, delayed plans to move forward with a new business or new location for some area entrepreneurs. For others, trying to secure a location was the biggest uphill battle. Some say getting through the permitting process really slowed down their dreams.
