If you live in the Nampa area, love aviation, or just want to know what future plans are for the Nampa airport there is a meeting coming up that you're going to want to attend. According to the City of Nampa a new Airport Master Plan is currenty underway and they are requesting public involvement throughout the process.

Growth and development in the area have caused an increase in aviation demands and the new plan will address safety, capacity and the compatibility of land uses around the airport. The meeting will provide a road map for short-and long term-development.

The Airport Master Plan Meeting is set for Tuesday, April 9th, 2019 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Warhawk Air Museum (201 Municipal Dr.). The presentation will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the Q&A will begin at approximately 6:00 p.m. If you want more details click here.
