Idaho Police Poke Fun At TikTok Ban In The Most Epic Way
This past weekend the TikTok ban sent social media influencers and doom scrollers into a frenzy. It almost seemed no one actually expected TikTok to shut down, so when it did... it almost felt like the world stood still - even if it was for a brief moment.

While some people voiced their concern or frustration with the ban, some felt like this could be what America needs... one less channel of distraction that keeps us glued to our phones.
But as we all know - this is America. If America loves something, then dammit - America will get it one way or another.

That brings us to the controversial yet widely popular app RedNote. Many TikTok refugees flocked to the Chinese app, hoping to find a new haven to post and share their video content.
According to RedNote's app description:
This is a place where people share their lives and get connected with each other. Millions of users share their daily stuff here, like their fave music, cool fashion looks, yummy cooking recipes, nice home decor ideas, handy travel tips, and even their cute cats and dogs. We really want you to share everything about your life and chat with villagers from all over the world.
Recently, one of Idaho's best social media follows (no, seriously) poked fun at the TikTok ban with a hilarious post.
Jerome Police Do It Again
To whoever is running the Jerome police Facebook page... you deserve a raise. We've said this before as Jerome Police Department-Idaho is one of Idaho's best-run social media pages.
Whoever is behind the page, decided to have fun with the TikTok ban and shared a simple message to the page... in Chinese: 保持冷静。不要恐慌。坚持计划。#我的空间
If your Chinese is a little rusty, the message in English is: "Stay calm. Don't panic. Stick to the plan. #MySpace"
Clearly, the person behind the post was implying that Jerome Police Department will be moving to RedNote but now that TikTok has become accessible again... perhaps they will abandon RedNote.
Only time will tell.
