Is Idaho Ready For A New Health Craze: Donkey Milk?

Crazy health trends seem to come and go, but one that I was just hoping was a joke may turn out to be the "in thing."  Are you ready for "donkey milk" to come to Idaho?

It's not a joke, though it sounds like one.  The movement for donkey milk has been picking up steam with proponents highlighting its chemical similarities to human milk (it is closer than cow milk), and it's medical benefits (like increased immunity).

It's nothing new, there is record of it in ancient Rome, and there are some cultures where it's already being distributed.  A Swiss company named Eurolactis is planning to bring it to Europe, Asia, Australia, and the United States.  They also plan to introduce donkey milk chocolates.  Hmm.
