The Boise River Greenbelt stretches 25 miles long, and has been a staple within the Treasure Valley for more than 50 years (a map of it can be found here). 

 

As the weather is getting warmer and Spring is right around the corner, Idahoans are eager to get out on the paved trails that weave effortlessly throughout town. 

 

However, it’s equally important that everyone is aware of the rules of the park, so as not to ruin the experience for everyone else. 

 

Listed below are a few of the things that are absolutely prohibited on or near the greenbelt. Furthermore, this includes why these are so imperative to know.

Be Aware: It’s Illegal to do *THIS* on the Boise River Greenbelt

If you do these things on or near the Boise greenbelt, you can be severely penalized.
