Insanely Rich Walmart Exec Wants To Build Utopia in Idaho by 2030
Idaho is great and all but is it possible that it could be improved? Is it possible that Idaho could be... "perfect"?
A Utopoia in the Making...
Believe it or not, there is someone who has that exact vision for Idaho. The man behind this vision is none other than Walmart executive, Marc Lore.
Lore has been vocal about building the perfect city and he has his sights set on Idaho.
According to USA Today, Lore has a plan to build a "$400 billion metropolis" that he calls Telosa. He is targeting a population of around 5 million with the first phase kicking off with 50,000 residents over 1,500 acres according to the city's official site.
The target is to begin construction in 2030.
Where would this utopia be?
According to the official website for the city of Telosa, potential locations include not only Idaho but also:
- Nevada
- Utah
- Arizona
- Texas
- Appalachian Region
They have a link to sign up for updates on their site so if you're excited about the idea of Telosa, you'll be the first to know when it's time to move in in the year 2030.
