Gun Fired in Ann Morrison Park

A major startle for anyone who was in Ann Morrison Park this afternoon. 

A gun was allegedly fired and a man is now in custody. Luckily, no one was injured.

According to an article on KTVB, the shot was reportedly fired just after noon today in the southwest corner of the park. No one was hit by a bullet.

Police asked people to leave Ann Morrison Park while they searched for the suspect. Just after an hour, a "suspect" was found, but it has not been 100% confirmed to be gunfire. So far no charges have officially been filed and the person's identity has not been released.

There is no known threat to the public but in these times any time you even think you hear gunfire it is extremely scary. Thank goodness everyone is safe.
