If the Super Bowl goes into half time you and I get free wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant chain has offered this promotion for the past two Super Bowl games but it's yet to happen. Although both of those games did come close to doing so.

The odds aren't really in wing-lovers favor either. The restaurant's gaming partner, BetMGM, has only predicted about a 10% chance of the big game going overtime. Not only would that be incredibly hype to watch but we'd also score some free wings out of it too. There are no losers here! - Well I guess technically by the end of the whole thing there will be one.

"Overtime is synonymous with Buffalo Wild Wings and we’re leaning into that yet again this year with free wings for America if the Big Game goes into overtime," said Buffalo Wild Wings chief marketing officer Rita Patel. "Because the only thing better than extra football is free wings."

If the Buccaneers and Chiefs in fact do take this game into overtime, then fans can visit any Buffalo Wild Wings in the Treasure Valley to redeem the six free chicken wings on Feb. 22, between the hours of 4 and 7 p.m. The offer will be valid for dine-in or in-person takeout.

Buffalo Wild Wings says that the Super Bowl is one of its busiest days of the year across all 50 states. Meanwhile here in Idaho 7 layer dip is the most popular Super Bowl food according to a report from 2020. The two do pair nicely together in my opinion.
