Competitive eaters Joey Chesnut and Matt Stonie are giving us something new to stream tonight.  They'll be wolfing down two pounds of bologna in a competitive-eating tournament, trying to advance to the next Oreo round  Wanna play along at home?

If you've been having sports withdrawals, this might fill at least a little bit of the void.

Major League Eating is hosting a tournament for the next week that kicks off tonight, and it will feature Joey Chestnut, Matt Stonie and six other competitive eaters in a live-stream competition where they'll consume four quarantine-friendly foods.

Here are the official tournament foods according to TMZ.

April 17 - Qualifying Round: Sliced Bologna -- two pounds

April 19 - Quarterfinals: Milk and Cookies -- one family pack of Oreos and a half-gallon of milk

April 21 - Semifinals: Baked Beans -- 1.5 gallons

April 22 - Finals: Ramen Noodles -- 10 individual ramen cups

The tournament launches tonight at 6 PM on various platforms including Major League Eating's YouTube Channel.

Major League Eating says the field consists of "Joey Chestnut, the #1-ranked eater in the world and 12-time winner of the Nathan’s Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest; Matt Stonie (255 Peeps in five minutes); Darron Breeden (528 oysters in eight minutes); world-renowned chugging champion Badlands Booker; Miki Sudo, the #1-ranked female eater in the world; Gideon Oji (25 lbs of kale salad in eight minutes); Michelle Lesco (176 gyoza in 10 minutes); and Nick Wehry (11 lbs of strawberry shortcake in eight minutes)."

We usually see the competitive eaters in Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest on Coney Island every July, but that might be in doubt this summer, depending on how long the social distancing lasts.

Hot dogs themselves are never canceled, and neither is bologna so we could play along at home with our very own processed meat challenge if we wanted, since we've played every board game, taken the dog on a hundred walks, and we're fresh out of healthy ideas.  At the very least, this will be fun to watch.

But the BEANS.  They know there's no toilet paper in the stores, right?
