Celebrate Pi Day 2019 With These Treasure Valley Discounts
One of the few things you may have actually taken away from math class was that "Pi" equals 3.14. That means Thursday, March 14th, is "Pi Day!" A bunch of retailers around the Treasure Valley are offering deals and discounts on pizzas, pies and more!
Blaze Pizza
Blaze Pizza hits the spot after a workout at Cyclebar or run with at Kleiner Park, so we're all about going to support them on "Pi Day!" Blaze Pizza is offering anyone who downloads their new Blaze Pizza App a pizza for just $3.14. The offer will appear in the app on Thursday, March 14. It's only available once per order and can only be redeemed in restaurants. If you deal with gluten intolerance you may request gluten free crust at no additional charge. You can find Blaze Pizza locations at The Village at Meridian, Midland Blvd in Nampa and near the Eagle Island Fred Meyer.
Whole Foods
I mean, I like Whole Foods for all kinds of pie...pizza pie and actual pie. Their Pi Day discount is on the latter. Whole Foods will be offering a $3.14 discount on large bakery pies this year.
Discovery Center
It wouldn't truly be Pi Day without celebrating Pi's actual mathematical use, right? Right! That's why the Discovery Center is hosting a "Pi Day Party" full of math themed games and activities on Thursday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. During the party, you save $2 off a general admission.
Pi Baby Boutique
One of our co-workers shops at Pi Baby Boutique on Fairview all...the...time! Needless to say, his kids are the most stylish kids I've ever met because of that! True to their name, Pi Baby Boutique is having a big Pi Day Party on Thursday! Stop by for fun activities for the family, including an Albert Einstein costume contest! No purchase necessary to enter.
Play-Doh Playful Pie Sets
If you rather have your kids making Play-Doh pies than making a mess in your kitchen, Amazon's got a great deal on this set. Normally $26.99, this pie themed set is available HERE for just $9.99 for a limited time!
