15-year-old Bailey is like most 15-year-old boys. He loves to play video games and spend time with his friends and family, but Bailey is facing something most 15-year-olds don't have to. Bailey is on dialysis while he awaits a kidney transplant.

Bailey was born with "Prunebelly Syndrome." Prunebelly affects his bladder, bowels, kidneys, urinary tract, and abdominal muscle structure, as well as causing him to have severe orthopedic issues.

Prunebelly only occurs in 1 out of every 30,000 to 40,000 live births. That can make a kid feel pretty different at a time in your life when all you want to do is fit in.

Bailey had braces on his legs as a young child which led him towards the passion of making prosthetics for kids who have lost limbs.

Thanks to Coyote Prosthetics & Orthotics, Bailey will be taking the first steps towards fulfilling his dream career. He gets to spend the afternoon at Coyote Prosthetics, where he'll learn how to pour a cast and all the steps it takes to create a prosthetic.

Thanks to Epic Shine Car Wash, who supports each and every one of our "Carly's Kids," Bailey also has a $150 Amazon gift card to spend on whatever he wants! We think he'll put it to very good use!

Welcome to the "Carly's Kids" family Bailey!
