Boise State has announced that they will be moving the spring commencement ceremony,  held May 5th, back to Taco Bell Arena.

Last year, the commencement was moved to Albertsons Stadium, and was the first time it was held on the blue turf the school has made famous.

The change back to the indoor Taco Bell Arena site was deliberate, as school officials said the risk of poor weather conditions could have too much of a negative experience for attendees, or could even end up with the cancellation or postponing of the commencement ceremonies if held outdoors.

During the hours leading up to commencement ceremonies, there will be family-friendly activities and even viewing rooms provided inside the Boise State University Student Union Building.

Each graduate can expect five tickets for the ceremony this year.  BSU officials said graduating students can expect further updates to come by email as the commencement date grows closer.
