Boise’s Newest Urban Apartment Community Opens Next Week
There's a big block party coming up next week to celebrate the Grand Opening of that pretty new apartment community in Boise called The Fowler. These cool new pads have been in the works for a long time, and it's almost time to move in. So how much is the rent?
The Fowler will be Downtown Boise's first urban mid-rise apartment community and not far from Julia Davis Park. It looks nice, and it's master-planned so it's got restaurants and retailers either attached to the building itself, or within walking distance.
Managers at The Fowler says this apartment community is a fresh take on urban living in the historic Central Addition, which has plenty of rich history all by itself. It's been around since the 1890s, so vintage meets current with this new apartment building. And Boise seems to love a place that's got good walkability and easily connects to popular spots, and this combines that with some fresh urban design.
The Fowler has 1 and 2-bedroom floor plans, that range in price from $1250 to $1900 per month depending on the number of bathrooms and the view and things. The studio apartments are a little cheaper if you want to go that route. Rent starts at $1100 for studios, and it goes up to $1400.
The grand opening for The Fowler is coming up April 28, and they'll have food trucks and a DJ and other things that make a block party fun. You can find The Fowler at 505 W. Broad Street in Boise.
Are you rentin' or buyin'? This might be a good opportunity to gather some facts to help with the decision.
