It's summer time and for the kids who love to read, like my son they don't have to worry about getting those books they dig so much because of a generous grant.

The "Bells for Books" bookmobile got a pretty awesome makeover, thanks to a $15,000 grant from the Greater Boise Area Rotary Foundation. This is their 23rd year doing big things for kids in the Treasure Valley.
The bus goes directly to the doorsteps of children who wouldn’t able to go to a library otherwise.
About 8,000 books are checked out of the bookmobile each year, but the program is most needed over the summer.
Once kids go on summer break, if they don’t have access to a library, they start to slide backward and it makes it harder for them at the start of the next school year. What an awesome idea!
