Amber Alert Issued For Caldwell Girl Cancelled
Caldwell police were looking for a 11 year-old girl who family members believed was in danger.

According to an Amber Alert issued on Wednesday, July 25, 11 year-old Aila Vesterby left Caldwell on Tuesday evening with 48 year-old Kelly James Vesterby and may be headed toward Mountain Home or Minnesota. He took clothing for himself and the little girl before leaving in a blue/green 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV with Idaho license plates numbered 3292V. The abduction happened on Carnegie Street.
Caldwell police believe that Kelly is armed. He's described as a white male with brown hair, hazel eyes, 5'8" and 210 lbs.
Aila is a white female with blonde hair, blue eyes, 5' 2" and 70 pounds. Her mother is her full, legal guardian. If you have any information about her whereabouts, contact Caldwell Police at 454-7531 or call 911.
