Alaska Airlines Reuniting Idahoans in Long Distance Relationships With Free Flights
You live in Idaho and your partner does not. I can relate. Long-distance relationships are already challenging enough. However the pandemic has given long-distance relationships a whole new meaning and for some couples, it's caused them to be separated for MONTHS!
While we aren't in the clear of COVID-19 yet, the end is near and couples all over the world will finally have the chance to reunite soon. Alaska Airlines wants to be apart of your special reunion by helping to make it happen. The airline announced it is giving away 100 free flights to reunite couples who have been apart during the pandemic through its new Booking for Love sweepstakes.
If you have a long-distance love that began during the lock down or you were separated by stay-at-home orders then you qualify! Those interested in winning one of the 100 flights can submit their story to Alaska's Booking for Love webpage by sharing where you both met, where you are now, and how long you've been together. You can also upload photos together or better yet, screenshots of your FaceTime dates to really get the point across.
Each winner will receive a free economy air roundtrip voucher (First Class paid upgrades and Mileage Plan upgrades are available) to anywhere Alaska Airlines flies. As Alaska stated, "It's a love that overcame glitchy video chats, accidental muting, and miles of distance." So you deserve this!
You and your long-distance bae better act quick though because this sweepstakes is only open from now until Friday, Feb. 5th at midnight Pacific time! The winners will be announced on Alaska Airlines' three social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) at a later date.
