What Will Soon Take Over This Empty Field at Linder and Chinden?

If you live on the west side of Meridian, you've probably seen this field at the corner of Chinden & Linder, and may have even heard what's coming soon.  Want to know for sure?

Though rumors have included Costco, various grocery store concepts, and even a mix of retail, there is only one confirmed tenant who has announced they will soon be building on the property.

I'm excited that our neighborhood is going to be adding a WinCo Foods in the near future.  Saving money and not having to drive as far to do it?  Win-win!  They are the first official tenant of Linder Village.

The development also looks to add a number of larger anchor stores and smaller restaurant or retail.  The rumors of Costco and potentially other bix-box retailers persist, but nothing has been announced at this point.
