Music can spark memories, and we all have those songs that remind us of specific times in our life, specific people, I'll share some of mine.

Jessica needs Moug & Angie's help asking her husband Adam for forgiveness. She's been doing something to control his diet without him knowing and now it's effecting his health. In fact, he had a bit of an accident at work and she wants to let him know it's her fault.

Vince is engaged to marry Debra and had ONE JOB when it came to planning the wedding and messed it up in the most embarrassing way.

It's an exciting day at Mix 106, and I'm guessing you already know why. This morning we welcomed the newest member of the Mix family, Moug, to the Treasure Valley. I'm so glad he's here.

It looks like one of those fitness trackers, but this bracelet can send taser-like shocks to your wrist if you overeat, spend too much time on social media, or hit snooze too many times.  In other words, self-torture can be programmed like clockwork.  Would you? At least you'd be up bright and early and you could catch Mike Kasper every morning. Maybe it is a pretty awesome idea.
