Ready for a feel-good story? Well, this is one that just makes me so proud to be a part of this community and seriously restored my faith in humanity. The Original Sunrise Cafe has been in the Treasure Valley for over 30 years and has grown to six locations.

Now, according to KTVB, all six locations are participating in their new 'Pay It Forward' campaign to help those in our community going through a rough time. Owner -and grandson of Sunrise Cafe's founder-, Boomer Godsill, says this is a way to "let the people know that anytime they are feeling down, or have something in their life and they need a pick me up, they can come down here and enjoy some good food."

Here's how it works, anyone can come into the Cafe and donate a coffee, a kid's meal, breakfast for two, anything. Those donations are written on heart-shaped papers and posted on a board. Then, anyone who is needed a pick-me-up can stop by their locations in Boise, Meridian, and Middleton, pick a heart and enjoy the meal.

What a blessing this is going to be for so many people, kudos to you, Sunrise Cafe!!
