Nampa Chip Sealing Project Update

Everyone knows that in the summertime you can just expect construction delays in your commute. In Nampa they are working on a large chip sealing project and the City has released new information regarding the subdivisions that will be worked on this week.

CHIP SEAL UPDATE: Crews anticipate finishing 7th Ave S and 1st St S Monday. Crews will also begin chip sealing in six identified subdivisions this week:
Crystal Cove - beginning June 10 (followed by the below anticipated order)
Raintree Meadows
Wycliff Estates
Vista Ridge
Edgebrook Estates
Lighthouse Estates
IMPORTANT: Please remember there is no street parking in subdivisions during chip sealing. Cars on the street will be subject to towing.

REMINDERS:
• Please watch for no parking signs which will alert residents that chip sealing will begin. Parking on streets in prohibited during the chip seal process.
• The speed limit in chip seal areas in 20 m.p.h or slower
• Please be mindful and attentive to the crews and machinery that are in close proximity to your cars.
• Failing to follow suggested speed limits and guidelines potentially could cause damage to your car.
