Every time I move I say, "I'm never moving again!"

It's painful and exhausting and stressful and there are so many other productive things I could be doing with my time. Like watch grass grow or watch paint dry. But I did it again this week.  I moved to a new house.

What's the single worst thing that could happen during a move?  It happened!

I lost my smart phone charger!

The movers also took a chunk out of one of my new walls and put a big scrape on the hardwood floors, but all of that pales in comparison to losing my charger.

Well, it's not lost.  It's just misplaced.  Packed away in any one of five hundred boxes and I don't know which one.  Or I may have thrown it into a random bag yesterday morning while I was frantically trying to pack up the last few things before the movers arrived to start scraping my walls and floors.  Who knows.  I'm trying not to text too much or Google anything from my phone so I can squeeze out every last bit of battery life until the charger turns up.

I was thinking yesterday while I was counting my bruises and noticing tired muscles, "I bet Katy Perry has people to do this stuff for her."  It must be really cool to have people and assistants!  Do you?  Good for you.  I bet they keep good track of smart phone chargers.

So I'll say it one more time.  I'm never moving again.  I'll get it tattooed on my face this time.  Have a great day!
