One Activity Will Get You Banned From All Idaho Target Stores For Life
Tis the season for crowded malls, long checkout lines at Target and Walmart, seasonal workers that don't know what they're doing, fake, overly cheery store clerks, and the Spirit of Christmas Commercialism all around us.
Shoppers do a lot of dumb things during this time of year. They overspend on things they can get for a fraction of the price the rest of the year, become completely different people once they enter a shopping center parking lot, and become hunters, searching for the best deals. The deeper we get into the Christmas season, the more desperate we become to get what we want for our family and friends. We also stretch our budgets beyond what is comfortable or even reasonable. We are okay with paying 24% interest on that credit card as long as it will put a smile on our kids' faces. We desperately want to give them the Christmas we always wanted growing up.
Sometimes, our desperation makes us do some things we look back on and regret. Remember when we rushed the door of Toys R Us to get that one toy that our kids all wanted back in the day? No one got a Tickle Me Elmo without bruises that year.
You can do many things to get a lifetime ban at Target, but rushing the door for a toy when the store opens is not one of them. Verbally abusing an employee, sticking around after being asked to leave, or creating a safety hazard for customers will at least get you considered for a lifetime ban.
Only one activity is guaranteed to get you banned for life at any Target store: shoplifting. Seems logical, right? Target just tightened up its store policies to justify lifetime bans for shoplifters this week.
