Kim Kardashian boasts 300 million followers on Instagram, making it nearly impossible to go undetected on the Meta-owned app. But she also has a solution for that.

In a recent sit down with Amanda Hirsch on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Kardashian confessed that she uses a Finsta, or a fake Instagram account, to stalk friends and keep tabs on celebrity gossip, including rumors about her.

"I used to follow you from my Finsta, and then I was like, I don't go to my Finsta that often and just want it on my regular feed," the reality star revealed to the podcast host.

"I had a Finsta, that was like a real Finsta, and it was only following girls who would just post like really wild s---, and I was like, 'This is so lame, I don't want to be in the Finsta game,'" Kardashian continued.

Kardashian may not be interested in following petty drama and viral videos, but she is interested in keeping tabs on celebrity gossip and tracking her friends via what she calls a "stalking Finsta."

"So my friend Lala, she had a Finsta, and I don't want to make one again, so I asked, 'What is your password?' So I just used her Finsta, and I kicked her out of her Finsta, and now I just use hers," Kardashian shared.

Kardashian explained that she uses the account to "stalk people, like fan accounts, fashion-y things, or just everyone you could possibly think of," adding that she actively checks in on celebrity gossip account Deuxmoi.

Many Hollywood A-listers have denied using a Finsta account to privately read gossip about themselves online, making Kardashian's confession a rare statement.

According to Hopper HQ's "Instagram Rich List," Kardashian's online persona is a money-making machine.

In a conversation with David Letterman on his Netflix show My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, Kardashian told Letterman that making money online has been the key to financial success for her and her family.

"We would not be who we are today without Keeping Up With the Kardashians. That's why we continue to share our lives. Even if, realistically, we can post something on social media and make more than we do a whole season," Kardashian revealed.

While Kardashian leans into the opportunities her online presence brings, some stars shy away from deep-scrolling.

Selena Gomez revealed how stepping away from social media has helped her mental health. Meanwhile, Cardi B, The Chainsmokers and Sarah Hyland have also taken social media breaks.

In an exclusive interview with PopCrush Nights host Lauryn Snapp, Alex Pall and Drew Taggart of The Chainsmokers shared the benefits they discovered after taking a hiatus from social media.

"I think it's like, healthy," Taggart said. "You know what I mean? Like, It was nice to have that break, go on vacation and not be like, 'Oh, s---! I've got to share this sick sunset!'"

"You are living life for yourself and the people you are with," he continued. "Also like, no matter what people say, if you post a photo and it sucks like you are going to feel s---ty about yourself. So, you basically get rid of all of that feeling."

Taggart also called his social media break "a really healthy thing to do."
