There's a lot going on in the world right now and no matter how you do or don't feel about the state of things, there is one thing that everyone can agree on: the cost of living is getting out of hand.

Want to hit a concert or vacation? You had better start planning yesterday, as the cost of everyday groceries and dare we mention gas is just out of control.

Blow all of your "fun money" over the summer? A major concert announcement here in the Treasure Valley has many families looking forward to something big and affordable just in time for the holidays.

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra has announced their 30th Anniversary Tour and there WILL be a stop in Boise, Idaho!

The massive touring act is known for their high energy take on Christmas anthems that involves lasers, pyro, and more!

In a press release to local media outlets, a statement on making the tour happen and doing so affordably for families came as a breath of fresh air:

With the economy the way that it is right now, it shouldn't be a mortgage payment for a family to come out to see us. Paul O’Neill [TSO’s late creator, lyricist, and composer] was very adamant about giving people in the audience more ‘show’ than they could’ve even imagined, and that’s what we do every year. We reimagine the show, we rebuild it, we make it bigger than last year so people come back again. I want you to look and go ‘Oh my God, they outdid themselves one more time!’. We want to make sure you guys can come out and celebrate because you and everyone in that audience are the greatest fans in the world.

The tour will his Boise's ExtraMile Arena on Friday, November 27th of this year.

Perhaps most special about the event? At least $1 of every single ticket sold goes towards a local charity at each tour stop. That's pretty amazing.

Expect tickets to sell fast. Learn more, HERE.

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra, also known as 'TSO' isn't the only fun thing to look forward to this Fall when it comes to live music!
