The Treasure Valley’s Favorite Breakfast Spot Now Has Cocktails?!

There isn’t much better than brunch on a weekend morning, with the sun shining on your face and a cocktail in your hand. 

In fact, that’s probably our only complaint about some of the brunch spots throughout the Treasure Valley – not all of them have liquor licenses, so the most they can offer are mimosas. 

Don’t get us wrong, we do love a good mimosa… but sometimes we want something boozier.

This is why we literally jumped for joy when we discovered that one of our absolute favorite brunch restaurants in the Treasure Valley now offers more than their fresh-made mimosas…

They now offer handcrafted breakfast cocktails as well, and more than that, these drinks feature local spirits!

What restaurant are we talking about?

None other than The Griddle in Meridian!

They recently posted on Facebook that their new bar is officially open and serving delicious breakfast drinks, such as Tipsy Palmer and Berry Patch Lemonade pictured below. 

As you can imagine, we weren’t the only ones who were beside ourselves with excitement:

The Griddle has numerous locations throughout the Treasure Valley, and has consistently been voted as one of the best brunch spots by locals.
