Boise State Just Missed the AP Top 25 by 3 Votes

Boise State put on quite the performance in their first game of the year. It was a tough matchup and University of Oregon was 24 point favorites. Despite that Boise State nearly pulled off a win against the #2 team in the entire country. We loved watching Boise State make University of Oregon nervous and despite losing fans everywhere are really proud of their performance.

Boise State Just Missed the AP Top 25

It was definitely an exciting game to watch and before the season started college football analysts knew that this would be an important game for Boise State. Boise State is one of the favorites to make it to the CFP and a good game against Oregon was the start of that journey. Many people were shocked to see Boise State play so well despite being unranked and now BSU fans are ready for Boise State to get the recognition they deserve and that starts with the AP Top 25 Poll.

Fans definitely think that Boise State deserves to be in the Top 25 after nearly beating what was supposed to be one of the best teams in the country. The new Top 25 ranking came out and Boise State just narrowly missed the cut.

Can Boise State Crack the Top 25 After the Memphis Game?

Boise State is currently ranked #26 and missed the top 25 by 3 votes. Virginia who is currently ranked #25 had 89 votes and Boise State had 86. That just means Boise State needs to put on a good show this weekend against Memphis in their first home game of the season this week.
