For Oregon, Dan Lanning may not be on the hot seat, but you may expect him, at the very least, to be in the national title game.
The Ducks have continued to build, getting better and better under Lanning’s direction. The coach, unlike many others, chose to stay in Eugene, realizing the value of the University of Nike.
Many Duck fans believe Lanning’s team is the most talented in the program’s history. Remember, the team played for the national title under Chip Kelly and Mark Helfrich.

Coach Kelly’s team revolutionized college football, falling to Auburn in the BCS Title Game in 2010. Marcus Mariota led the Ducks to the national title game, losing to Ohio State in the first College Football Playoff National Title Game in 2016.

What About Boise State?

The returning duo of Coach Spencer Danielson and quarterback Maduxx Madsen will lead the Broncos. Both will be seeking redemption after a disappointing season last year. The quarterback has to prove that he can beat a Power 4 opponent, along with the coach.
