The family friendly event will celebrate the completion of Phase 1A, the huge 52-acre park will be the largest in Nampa once it's completed as first reported by Idaho News. Midway Park is located at the corner of Midway and Smith Avenue in Nampa.
This first phase about to be completed will include four fields for baseball or softball, and a parking lot that has been in use since the Fall of 2017. This phase also includes outdoor pickleball courts and a new large playground for kids of all ages.
The event on the 27th will include pickleball lessons, plus you can learn a lot more about the soon to come additions to the park. Some of the things to come include a fitness trail, splash pad, and more fields to play sports or other activities.
