Join MIX 106 and Mike Kasper at the Grand Re-opening of the West YMCA, which is now featuring a Cross-Fit studio that is included in the membership -- no other fitness center has it.
Hundreds of classes each week are also included in the membership. Its a great family environment where kids can learn to swim, play basketball, and participate in great programs. Adults can get in on a class too, such as yoga, spinning, Insanity, Boot Camp, TRX, or pilates. All at no extra cost. And being a member also helps kids in the community because no child is ever turned away because of an inability to pay. They're all recognized as special kids!
