When Boise State players arrive at the team hotel ahead of the Vegas Bowl next week, the City of Lights will have Elvis waiting for them.  This will be another Las Vegas Bowl experience the players will never forget.

These two teams met in the Las Vegas Bowl in 2012, and Boise State beat Washington that year, 28 to 26.  Chris Peterson was coaching Boise State at that point, and now he's the coach at Washington.

The game is only part of the bowl week experience for the players because there are so many fun events leading up to it. Holy cow! Let's just hope the organizers don't wear these guys out ahead of the game.

When the team arrives in Las Vegas on Tuesday, December 17, at the team hotel, Las Vegas Bowl organizers will have Elvis waiting to greet them.  They'll all get custom player gifts too.

Some of the other highlights of the Bowl Week events include a Coaches and VIP reception at Maverick Helicopters.  The coaches and their wives, along with school dignitaries will get a fancy dinner and reception, and a VIP aerial tour of Vegas courtesy of Maverick Helicopters.

During the Fremont Street Experience on Wednesday, teams get a glimpse of the downtown atmosphere and an all-you-can-eat pizza and pasta buffet.  There's also a player talent show and live entertainment.

On Friday, there's an official kickoff luncheon with football analyst Trent Dilfer as the guest speaker, plus team bands, and cheerleaders will be there to do their thing.  That's at the Hard Rock Hotel, and Bronco fans in Vegas for the game can purchase tickets for $75 each.  There's a Pep Rally on Fremont Street after that.

And on game day Saturday, you know there will be a big, wild tailgate party. The Pre-Game Fan Fest will have live music, food, games, and a battle of the bands from Boise State and Washington.

Tickets to the Mitsubishi Motors Las Vegas Bowl are still available HERE.  Game time is 4:30 PM Pacific, 3:30 Mountain on Saturday, December 21.

Boise State is also offering travel packages if you haven't booked your trip yet.

Go Broncos!  And go YOU.  What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
