When it comes to true crime, one could argue that nobody does it better than Netflix. Seriously, it seems like every other week there is a true crime documentary on Netflix that goes "viral."

No kidding, I just came across this documentary about this strong woman the other day who killed her husband. This woman was all jacked up on the juice, that "Vitamin S" as the swole community calls it. Immediately I was captivated by their storytelling and the way they presented the whole thing.

The fact Netflix can turn a pair of muscle heads and their toxic relationship into a full-blown true crime documentary is truly something special to witness. It's always interesting to see how Netflix strings you along too. You know what I mean! There you are on episode 2 and here comes Mr. Netflix dropping a cliff-hanging bomb at the end of episode 2. The next thing you know, you end up binging 4-5 episodes before realizing that it's 5 AM in the morning. It's happened to the best of us, we've all been there which has me wondering...
