Are Idaho Women Baring It All Behind the Wheel?
Topped Off
On the road of life, tops are optional. Well, at least that's the case in Idaho. Here in the Gem State, Idaho women drive to the beat of our own radio. For some of us, that means losing ourselves and our shirts as we cruise down Idaho's silky-smooth blacktops.
And really, can you blame us? If not in Idaho's beautiful backyard, where else can a free-spirited woman sun her golden girls behind the wheel?
The Right to Bare Breasts
According to Idaho's Indecent Exposure Laws, exposing your hooters isn't considered lewd or indecent conduct.
Every person who willfully and lewdly, either:(1) Exposes his or her genitals, in any public place, or in any place where there is present another person or persons who are offended or annoyed thereby; or(2) Procures, counsels, or assists any person so to expose his or her genitals, where there is present another person or persons who are offended or annoyed thereby is guilty of a misdemeanor.—CHAPTER 41, INDECENCY & OBSCENITY
Got that? Exposing your baby-maker in public is a no-go in Idaho. However, hooter intel from the Idaho State Legislature protects a woman's right to bare breasts behind the wheel.
But Wait, There's More!
Legally, Idaho men are invited to bare their man-pecks in public, too. If you're wondering why we didn't reveal that gem sooner, our rationale is simple. The men folk have been topless since the beginning of time. Their free nips are old news.
