The Perfect Body

A personal trainer named Cassey Ho posted a video earlier this month called  “The Perfect Body”.   It starts with her taking a selfie, and posting it online.  Then even though she's in great shape, people start calling her fat.

So she starts using a futuristic machine that lets her Photoshop herself in real life to be skinnier.

But when she looks in the mirror after she's done, she's even sadder because she doesn't look like HERSELF anymore.

She says the point is that people really do post mean comments like that all the time, and it makes it impossible to be happy in your own skin.

If you could photo shop yourself in real life would you?  Or would you be happy with what you have and still look like the person you are?
