We all know that we eat some unhealthy foods at times. Cheetos, sugary cereals, Oreos and chicken nuggets we all know are unhealthy, but they are just so damn delicious. But what about fresh fish like salmon,and eel or fruit juice and Iced teas. These also made the list of 50 most unhealthy foods you can eat...and here's why

While salmon is one of the most healthy foods you can eat, most of the salmon you find in grocery stores is Atlantic farm raised salmon and that made the unhealthy list.   Farmed salmon are usually dyed pink, have been found to be high in PCBs which is a cancer-causing industrial chemicals that was banned in 1979 and have one-fourth the belly-flattening vitamin D of their wild cousins. So always make sure to get wild salmon as opposed to farmed salmon. Then it goes from one of the most unhealthy foods you can eat to one of the most health foods.


Here's another on, I bet you thought was healthy and is instead extremely unhealthy.  Iced tea from some fast food restaurants.  Yep fast food iced tea made the list because of a little additive called Propylene glycol alginate. It's a food thickener, stabilizer, and emulsifier and it can cause cardiovascular or neurotoxic issues. And it’s used in Dunkin Donuts iced tea, among others.
