Nice To Meet You

Hi! My name is Nicole Hanks. I am officially Mike’s other half on The New Mix Morning Show! We have been preparing for weeks and I am so glad to finally be a part of your morning routine. We will get to know each other very well, but in the meantime, here is a little about me!

I was born and raised a Carolina girl, but found my way to Boise at the age of 21 and never knew what I was missing. I fell in love with the city and the people as soon as I arrived. I met my husband who was born and raised here.  We moved around the country a few more times for radio jobs, got married, and had two kids, before making our way back to Boise over a decade later. I vowed the day that we left that we would be back to set some roots and raise our children in this amazing city. It only took us 10 years but we are finally here and not going anywhere!

I am so happy to be back in Boise and raise my kids in the most beautiful city I have ever seen (and remember, I've seen a few)!  I am a pop culture fanatic, a Pinterest addict, a Lifetime movie lover, and reality show junkie at heart.  I love photography, spending time outdoors with my family, and you will usually catch us completing a DIY project or two on the weekends.
