Is JC Penny Selling a Skirt With a Pattern That looks Like an Embarrassing Accident?

Someone noticed that in the most recent J.C. Penney catalog, they're selling a woman's skirt with a flower on it. But since it's a white skirt with an abstract pink and purple pattern right over the crotch, it looks like it might be something else.

It looks a lot like it's, um, the woman's special lady time and she had a really embarrassing accident. Or maybe it's just me. But apparently I am not alone because a lot of people are commenting on it on social media sites.  The good news is that it looks like it's 40% off.

A picture on their website shows the flower is more on the leg than the crotch, but the angle of the photo in the catalog shows the skirt has the potential to look REALLY bad.
