PeoplesChoice.com has a complete list of all the nominees.  Voting is open in all categories on their website from now through December 15th.  CBS will air the ceremony live on January 18th.  There's no word on a host yet.

By the way, Ellen is up for three awards, and if she wins at least ONE, she will become the most decorated People's Choice winner of all time.  She already has 17 wins over the past 21 years.
