Meridian Memorial Day Ceremony

The public is invited to help celebrate Memorial Day at a brief ceremony to be held at the Rock of Honor veterans memorial inside Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park on Monday, May 25, at 11:00 am. Seating is limited, so please consider bringing your own folding chair. This event is free and everyone is welcome.

At this event, we will be displaying a generational time capsule to be buried soon and opened on the 100th anniversary of the cessation of hostilities of World War II.
If you have a military document or small item of memorabilia you would like to be considered for inclusion in the time capsule, please bring it (or a photocopy) to this ceremony or send an e-mail to: rohm2011@yahoo.com
