Parents are a big part of the college experience, right?  They may not be on campus going to class or delivering pizza to the dorms at 11pm, but they are probably the biggest moral supporters a college student can have.  And sometimes they're footin' the bill!

Boise State is having Parents' Weekend soon, and there are tons of events planned that parents and students can attend together.

Tickets for the events are on sale now, and Boise State says you'll have to stop by and pick up your packet next week.  Some of the highlights include browsing around at the Boise Art Museum, a Bronco Spirit Reception for athletics, fraternities and sororities, campus tours, the President's tailgate, and the Boise State vs. Fresno State game on Friday night October 17th.  Go Broncos!

Events start October 16th on Parents and Family Weekend, and they run through the 18th.  Oh, and wear orange to the game!  BSU encourages fans to match the uniforms when the game kicks off at 6 that night.  Gates open at 4:30.

Boise State is a pretty cool place to go to school, right?  Show it off to parents next week.  And clean up your dorm room or apartment and leave a few books in plain view so they think you're really studying hard.
