Boise Couple Creates Artwork That Benefits Community

Plant, Grow, Thrive! To Alex and Mallory Jangard of Boise these are not just words. When they started "Heart Of Timber" after Alex left a job that was promising six figures they put all their trust in them. What has come from it is beyond amazing. 

It always warms my heart to find couples that put services and other in front of themselves. This young couple who welcomed their 2 month old lil one Jack back in May have committed to creating unbelievable and timeless art that would be a welcomed addition to any home. "Heart of Timber" was something that I noticed while doing my daily scroll through Facebook before the Morning Show. It caught my eye. Not only because of the "Idaho Hangers"  they created to hang from the rear view mirror in the shape of Idaho. Once I started diving in and reading about this couple and what they stand for I immediately wanted to find out more about them and what Heart of Timber is. They said they "decided to stop living life as a series of steps on  checklist to cross off before we could be happy. My wife and I are rooted in the belief that pursuing your passions with an unrelenting energy to see them come to fruition will provide a life where you can influence the world and make enough to get by."

Every piece of artwork Alex and Mallory create in their garage in Boise a portion of the profits go directly to a charity that helps families get in to their own homes. The Jangards created "Heart Of Timber" in hopes that others in our community would realize it's not just about the money its about the pursuit of love, a life full of passion and community impact for good.
