Found a house that's GORGEOUS for sale, but's it's a corner house off of Ustick. Am I right to be apprehensive because of the risk of dogs getting out? Or even kids? What other dangers come with a corner house off of a major street?

I've been a renter for years. Currently renting in Meridian but I've got the itch lately to buy a house. How do people do this without experiencing insane amounts of stress?!

I've shared on here and on the air that I've been searching for a new house. It's been a lot more stressful and challenging than I expected, but I'm happy to report I've found the next place I'll get to call "home."

For four years, this has been my backyard and the place I've called home. My landlord has decided to sell the house (smart move), so I've been on the hunt for the next home, and it has not been fun.
