These things were big, bright, fun, beautiful to look at and unbelievably delicious. According to the signage, Smallcakes has the BEST cupcakes, and Ice Cream in Idaho and been featured on the Food Network.

One of the reasons people love the Treasure Valley so much is our moderate weather, but it is still a desert. Check out our crazy forecast the next week and a half!

Sid's Garage opened late last year, and already is making a big impression. The motto is "Leave boring at the door" and my goodness, do they follow that! Sid's proclaims "full throttle comfort food and beverage meets excess." The burgers really are larger than life. They are stacked, unique and delicious! We haven't even started on the shakes yet. They are colossal!

I've only been here for a few weeks, but I've done some research, and I'm putting together some pretty solid arguments as to why the rest of my family should move here, and the weather is at the top of the list!

California, Connecticut, and Illinois have trouble with this word too.  It's a common word, but there is another one just like it that's just one letter off, and that trips us up regularly enough that we have to ask Google for help. And if we don't get it right, it might change our perception of what happens at one recreational spot in Mountain Home.
