I HATE this weekend! The 1 day of year when we spring ahead makes me dread Monday. Its the dumbest most arbitrary thing in the world but here's how you can deal with it

I can't wait to get that extra hour of sleep this Sunday morning as we "fall back" for Daylight Saving Time. But do we really need Daylight Saving Time anymore?

Let's see...Fall forward, spring back or is it Spring Forward Fall back?  Yeah, that's it...this weekend we all get an extra hour of sleep as we see and end to Daylight Saving Time
