Last Chance to See If You Qualify for a $900 Robocall Refund
I don’t think a day goes by, that I don’t get at least one robo-call, trying to sell me something…They are irritating, but now I’m making money because of a class action robo-call law suit and you could be too, but you only have till November 3rd to file...so better hurry and click the link below to find out if you qualify...I did and my number is listed a number that will get money back.
Do you recognize this call? “We're calling you to let you know that you just qualified for a free cruise!” If you remember getting that call, here’s some good news. You like me are due a refund from $300 to $900 depending on how many times they called your phone number.
A settlement has been reached in a class-action suit Charvat vs Resort Marketing Group. What does it mean? It means you may be owed up to $900 cash. The company has been robo-calling people on behalf of Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and Norwegian Cruise lines without people’s consent.
The settlement covers phone calls received any time from 2009 through 2014. Now I get so many robo-calls that it would be impossible to remember if they called me or not. I do remember receiving calls about a cruise, but can’t remember if it was from this company or not. The good news is, that I didn’t have to remember, there’s a website set up that will tell you if your phone number is covered by the settlement.
All you have to do is enter your phone number to find out if you're due a settlement. I entered my number and found out that I am a part of the settlement and will be getting money. All I did is enter my number and it said I was due a settlement…it sent me to a settlement page that took me about 45 seconds to fill out and now all I have to do is wait for my money to come rolling in. I entered my wife's number and unfortunately she isn't due a refund, so I guess she'll have to come up with her own extra fun money because I'm not sharing.
If you were among the victims, you’ll receive up to $300 per call and up to $900 per phone line depending on how many claims come in.
You have until November 3 to file your claim, so don't wait around.
