Man & Woman Charged With Killing 21-Year-Old In Ontario This Morning

21-year-old Raymond Kelly of Ontario, Oregon was found dead by a gunshot wound to the head this morning at approximately 12:49 a.m.  The person that called the crime in to 911 originally thought that Kelly had committed suicide but the strange thing was... there was no gun.  That doesn't add up.

According to KTVB, the Ontario Police Department were on the scene about three minutes after the 911 call and quickly started putting together a case.  There were multiple organizations immediately dispatched to this case including the Malheur County Major Crimes Team and the Oregon State Crime Lab.  Immediately 20-year-old Nicholas Tucker and 21-year-old Starr Bales were brought in as suspects, questioned and eventually arrested on charges of murder and conspiracy.

At this point in time, we have no idea what happened.  We only know that one young man is dead and two people are in custody.  We will continue to update with information as it is being released.
