Hey, did you know that Boise is one of the fastest growing cities in the country?

Well, it is. And people continue to move here ad nauseum.

But, is that going to result in houses here costing a million dollars?

A recent study predicts that the average home cost in Boise, Idaho could exceed $1,000,000 by the year 2033.

We have several questions. First of all, how in the hell is that even possible?

The study in question tracks home prices across big and major cities in the U.S. over five years, and they believe all things point to housing prices exploding in the future:

The first (city) can be found tucked away in the northwestern wilderness, in the form of Boise, Idaho.

Thanks to an assemblage of mountains, trees, and trails, tourism officials bill it as as a place that is both 'urban and wild'.

Also painted as a 'city you'd want to have a beer with', Boise today boasts a median sale price of $464,578.

Yowza. Would you be able to afford a home in Boise if the starting cost was over a million dollars?

Chime in.

Depending on who you ask, you may get a very different result when it comes to housing in Boise. Is it actually worse than we thought?
