Idaho Gets Cameo In Viral New TV Show, Tell Me Lies

Whenever there's a trendy new TV show we know how quick it is to take over the internet. We've seen this several times especially when a new reality TV show on Hulu completely took over. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives was a huge trend on the internet. The show was based in Salt Lake City but Idahoans were feeling inspired and started making their own Idaho versions of this trend.

Now there is another show blowing up on TikTok and this one is a little different. Tell Me Lies is a drama that blew up a couple of years ago with their first season. Now they are onto Season 2 and the hype has completely doubled. This time Idaho got a special little debut in the show.

If Idaho is known for one thing it has got to be the potatoes. We know that we have the best potatoes in the whole country so of course that tends to be what we get noticed for the most. One of the most needed times for potatoes is Thanksgiving which is of course mashed potatoes season.

In the show Tell Me Lies, one of the biggest scenes of the second season is the Thanksgiving scene. This show is all about bringing the drama and the Thanksgiving episode certainly does a good job of capturing all of that.

What better way to tone down the drama than mashed potatoes? We couldn't think of a better solution and we were stoked to see them use Idaho Mashed Potatoes in their Thanksgiving scene to ease the tension!
