When it comes to 'relieving' oneself--there is nothing better than being able to do so in your own home or space. Look, there's nothing un-natural about going to the restroom but at the end of the day--who doesn't prefer clean and familiar environments...and surfaces?

When 'nature calls' and you're out and about, often times we're forced to use a public restroom and depending on where you're at, that may or may not be a good thing.

A recent contest, held nationally, sought to name the 'Best Restroom' in all of America and the grand champion isn't too far from Boise.

Without further delay--let's take a look at what has been named America's 'Best Restroom'!

Well, what do you think about the facilities?

Located just outside of the Salt Lake City Airport, one can visit what is now home to the 'Best Restroom in America' at 279 South 5600 West in Salt Lake City, Utah. Tucked in the back of a rather new Maverik location, the photos show off just how clean the restroom is.

The competition is held by Cintas, a nationally known supply company that provides businesses with cleaning solutions. According to their official rules, finalists would be moved on by a panel based off of the following criteria:

  • Cleanliness
  • Visual Appeal
  • Innovation
  • Functionality
  • Innovative Designs

Then, finalists were moved on to a public vote.

This is the 23rd year that Cintas has held the competition and this Utah Maverik location is now a part of their 'Restroom Hall of Fame'!
