It's great when a small local business gets recognized as one of the best. That happened to a husband and wife running a barbecue joint in Eagle. Love Food has given them the title of the best bbq ribs in the state of Idaho, and I'm sure it hasn't been the only time they've received high praise for the quality of food they're putting out.
Joel and Tricia Anderson own the Bodacious Pig Barbecue in Eagle, Idaho. Joel has been a pit master for over 15 years, and his wife Tricia is utilizing her culinary skills for house-made soups, salads, sandwiches, side dishes, and desserts.

The Bodacious Pig rib plate is St. Louis cut, dry rubbed then smoked for hours, with all their plates come with rustic garlic bread and your choice of two sides. The half rack (6 ribs) is $23.20, and a full rack (12 ribs) is $36.59. Sides include beans, coleslaw, or french fries. Premium sides are Mac-n-cheese, potato salad, sweet potato fries, onion rings, a side green or side caesar salad, and a baked potato which will cost an additional $.75.
