Yes, you have seen the cents continue to make there way up, and the price of gas is increasing in the Treasure Valley. Hard to see the silver lining on that one.

While the gas prices are seeing a hike over the last few weeks it no way is as bad as what we experienced last year. The A.A.A. says that the national average is $2.50. Last year Idaho's price was sitting right at $2.51. Hey at least we are not paying what California is throwing down each time they go to the pump at $2.78. Why is there a potential increase, Boise officials are saying it's because of an increased demand for the product. Drivers on the West Coast of the US are paying substantially more than our East Coast counterparts. AAA predicted last year that at this point Idahoans would be paying on average $2.51 but lucky for us each time we prime the pump it's gonna cost ya around $2.17 - JD
